THE COMPANY
GREENWIT
TECHNOLOGIES Inc. was established in 2002 as a company designing
and engineering Light Electric Vehicles (LEV). Today, GREENWIT
is partnering with a number of Taiwanese Korean and Chinese
manufacturers in their design and manufacturing of LEVs.
We are also partnering with leading Canadian Universities
for implementing the newest technologies in the LEV industry.
As a result Greenwit Technologies has been granted exclusivity
rights for the products they sell in North and South America.
The increased demand for alternative electric transportation
combined with new advancements in LEV has increased the
business opportunities for Greenwit Technologies in the
last couple of years. Our number of franchise and dealership
locations is growing fast.
Greenwit
Technologies is involved in the design, manufacturing and
export/import of the following LEV products:
1. ELECTRIC
BICYCLES
After more than three years of research and testing for
proper design, power, and range of electric bikes, Greenwit
Technologies is currently a partner of leading Taiwanese
manufacturers. Our electric bicycles look, weigh and behave
(drive) like non-electric bicycles but have a smart electric
system or throttle and are equipped with high torque motor,
capable of propelling the rider 30-50 km. As of year 2005
all of Greenwit Technologies’ bikes are equipped with
high capacity light NiMH or Li-Ion batteries. Greenwit Technologies
and its manufacturers are currently developing new light
models with Li-Ion Polymer batteries.
2. ELECTRIC
SCOOTERS
All MOTORINO™ scooters imported by Greenwit Technologies
have power and range comparable to a gas motorcycle. They
are street legal in most Canadian provinces and USA states
and do not require driver license or insurance. As of December
2004 Greenwit Technologies only imports the new generation
scooters equipped with a 48 Volt electric system and a smart
controller with built-in CPU and EABS brakes. At the beginning
of 2007 Greenwit Technology introduced to the North American
Market electric scooters with built in Dynatech™ Torque
converter increasing more than twice climbing capability
and reducing at the same time the power consumption.
3. ELECTRIC
SKATEBOARDS
The JETDEK™ skateboards imported by Greenwit Technologies
are of the best quality available on the market. They are
equipped with an advanced digital remote speed controller
and remote electric EABS brakes. Greenwit Technologies also
carries classic type JETDEK™ skateboards which have
a wide power range from 450 to 1000 watts! They are capable
of propelling a 160Lb rider on 22% inclines and their maximum
speed is 35km/hr with 5 second acceleration.
4. ELECTRIC
MOTORCYCLES
Greenwit Technologies Inc.is presently developing MOTORINO™
GT electric motorcycle, capable of going up to 60 km/hr
with a range of 80 km on a single battery charge. We are
also developing more efficient motors and controllers for
increasing torque capability of the motors without sacrificing
the speed.
